It is very difficult to get disposable toric lenses. They are supposed to be permanent and they last forever. But my eyes will not feel fresh in an old toric lens which I have been using for eons. So I decided to try my hands on disposable toric lenses. I got one trial pair of Encore Toric lens luckily.
These lenses are tinted for the ease of handling. Compared to normal toric lenses, these are very expensive. I prefer this lens when I am travelling. I love wearing fresh lenses everyday. It can not beat pollution or UV rays. I need to clean the lens when I am back from outdoors. You need to wear sun glasses when I am in sun. The good part is that there is no or less maintenance.
I can not use normal disposable lenses due to my astigmatism. But this lens can be compared to any other soft lenses. It has all the advantages of a soft lens. It is normally thicker than soft lenses still you can wear it without any discomfort. The rotation inside the eyes is very less. Vision is as good as my glasses. I really like the lenses.
