Since I have Astigmatism, I can not do with soft lenses. I got to know from a friend that most of the eye practitioner recommends Boston to correct astigmatism. I arranged to get one Boston RXD for myself. I did not like it. I am not at all comfortable in those lenses. The lenses are very firm. I can feel the lenses when I blink. At the end of the day, I have got an uncomfortable weight on my eyes. I have been using it for almost 1 month now.
I know gas permissible lenses do take longer time to adjust with the eyes. For me the adaptation period is very long I guess. I have been using Boston RXD for almost a month now. Even now I am not completely adjusted with the lens. I do not have any problems with the vision. It is clear.
These lenses are made with high Dk materials. This material will allow your eyes to stay and breathe healthy. These materials do have high moisture content. But my eyes are always very dry and itchy after wearing this glasses. I am planning to try out another lens soon. I am just using it for few more weeks to check whether it is getting adapted to my eyes.
